Has anyone out there from the Can Tho medical community been following the court martial and convection of US Navy Captain Roger D. Edwards? He is serving a sentence at Quantico for wearing a chest full of bogus medals, including the Silver Star. Apparently he was an Army enlisted medic at Can Tho sometime around 1968-1969. The full story has been carried by the Air Force Times, Navy Times, and Army Times, 30 August 2004 issue. Anyone remember this fraud?
