I was deployed to Diego Garcia in the mid 80's out of Barbers Point Hawaii. I recall the first time of hearing of Agent Orange by one of our medical personnel who stated to us during one of our flights that the British Government had testd for agent orange and was in the process of ordering the US Navy to clean up the problem. He associated agent orange to the drinking water we used while on the Island. Has anyone else heard of this issue?? I am in the process of adding this to my VA rating due to the related illnesses that I now have some 20 years later. It was said that Diego Garcia was a storage spot for AO.??
