Attention fellow navy veterans,you can not win a claim on agent orange at yankee station...my advocate called me yesterday and told me to withdraw my appeal because the law is very specific about 'in country' in vietnam.He told me that either the ship was tied up in vietnam,other than that you will not win against the board of appeals. so i wash my hands of this entire matter... i am getting on with my life..I am sick of dissapointments.
